Gourmetpix License Agreement

1. License
   You are presumed to be aware of the contents of this license agreement. Upon using any of the images on this CD you are bound by the terms described herein.
2. Copyright
   The images on this CD are copyright of Inkognito as, ["Inkognito"]. By this agreement Inkognito grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and modify the images on the CD as described in this agreement. All rights that are not specifically granted to you are reserved. Unauthorized commercial use of the images on the CD is an illegal infringement of copyright, and renders the user civilly and/or criminally liable.
3. User's rights
   Upon purchasing this CD you are granted the rights to publish, print, display, reproduce and adapt the images it contains. The images must be for your own use, or for the use of your direct client or customer. Images can be published digitally if the resolution does not exceed 480x640 pixels. One copy of the CD can be made as backup and for storage and archive purposes.
4. Restrictions
   You may not rent, sell or lend this CD. You may not use this CD on more than one computer at a time.
5. Liability
   Inkognito shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this CD and/or the images it contains, whether direct or indirect.

The images
All photos are provided in two versions for Mac and pc:

• HiRes: 300 dpi rgb saved as eps with jpeg encoding (maximum quality). File size 50-72 Mb when uncompressed.
• LoRes: 72 dpi rgb saved as tiff with lzw compression.

Image dimensions are identical in HiRes and LoRes.
As desired color space will vary depending on production specifics, we have chosen to deliver the images in Adobe 1998 rgb, rather than converting into cmyk. This provides the most adaptable outset possible.
The production
All photos on this CD come from a 100% digitalized in-house production line. This means images with no dust or scratches, and assures an even, high quality. We have been using digital cameras since the emergence of this technology. Our studios are furnished with the latest and best equipment avaliable, and are operated by experienced photographers.
The food
Depicted you will find a variety of dishes, European style cuisine, prepared from Veal, Beef, Lamb or Mutton. Each was prepared by one of Norway’s most acclaimed chefs, awarded several national and international prizes - among them Norway's Finest Chef 1999.
